How we work
Engineering the stack organisations actually run
Patolink is an enterprise technology practice. We design, implement, and operate the stack organisations in Kenya and East Africa actually run: the voice systems people talk on, the network those calls travel across, the security that keeps the estate usable, the Microsoft and CRM applications staff open every morning, and the cloud servers underneath.
Cloud EA is the VPS platform on this same site. You select a published Linux plan, pay the invoice, and receive credentials after the instance is provisioned. Customers see plans, billing, and the portal — not the infrastructure behind them.
We are not a catalogue shop that disappears after delivery, and we are not a consultancy that only writes a report. A typical account mixes both: a service line for our time, and named products for licences, appliances, seats, or a Cloud EA virtual machine. Those stay separate on the quotation so a finance team can see what is software and what is Patolink.
The work is written down before it is built. A named owner stays on the account from this office. Intelligent business solutions, in our sense, means the tools are chosen for the work, scoped in Nairobi, and still current six months after go-live.

Cyber Security
Assessment, perimeter and endpoint protection, monitoring, and a managed security retainer. Sophos is the first named product; the service is the work around it.
Managed Services
Support, monitoring, backup, and administration written to the estate — monthly, quarterly, or annual. The project ending is not the relationship ending.
IP Telephony
PBX, hosted voice, SIP, queues, recording, and cutover. 3CX and Yeastar sit on the product line; design and go-live sit on this one.
Microsoft Solutions
Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Azure, and the first-week path for staff. Licences renew as a product. Migration and tenant work renew as a service.
Cloud & VPS
Linux virtual machines on Cloud EA. Published plans from Starter to Apex, or a custom specification. Payment first; credentials after the instance is up.
